The infrastructure wing of the diversified business house, Universal Empire Group - Universal Empire Infrastructures Ltd. (UEIL) – signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) on December 23, 2014 to establish an International University and Medical College at Kigali, the capital city. In view of the need for enhancing medical education facilities in Rwanda, the Government of Rwanda (GoR) has selected Universal Empire Infrastructures Ltd. (UEIL) based on the company's exceptional track record in successfully establishing medical educational institutions in different countries across the globe.Universal College of Medical Sciences Rwanda (UCMSR) and Universal College of Dental Sciences (UCDSR) will commence courses in Medicine & Dentistry from October 2015.
